3D fusion plasma steps:
First, I created a lens flare, Filter>Render>lens flare. Then I applied Filter>Sketch>Chrome. I duplicated the layr Ctrl+j, and on selected layer I applied Filter>Distort>Wave, and randomise twice. Then I copied original layers few more times, and applied same filter on them. To get the desired colour I used Hue and Saturation.
